Congratulations! We are excited to meet the newest member of your family. When you’re having a baby, it’s important to research and find a pediatrician that can provide the best possible care. Children need every opportunity to develop a healthy body and mind. Dr. Grullon offers primary care services for newborns, including regular physical examinations, vaccinations, and any other treatments your baby needs to stay healthy and happy. Dr. Grullon does follow babies while they are in the hospital, will examine your baby directly after birth and care for them until discharge. She will help you schedule your first appointment in our office. This is usually 3 to 5 days after discharge. It is helpful to bring any paperwork from the hospital to your first visit. We are also happy to meet prospective parents to get to know our office and providers before the birth of your baby. Please refer to WHO handbook for guideline development for more information.
