We accept most health insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle. You will need to confirm your insurance acceptance when you make your appointment. If you have a change in your insurance, please notify our office at least 24 hours before your appointment. To completely understand what is covered by your health benefit plan, it is best to contact your employer or insurance company. For services not covered or not submitted to insurance, we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards at the time of service.
